Aerial Yoga: High Hammock

The hammock is set up at hip height. This allows for full spinal decompression when inverted but can be a little intimidating if there is a fear of heights. That doesn't mean we can't go slow and steady though. Give it a try and fly!

Aerial Yoga: Low Hammock

The hammock is close to the Earth about a block off the ground. Those that prefer to be closer to the mat while flying, then this is for you! That doesn't necessarily mean it is easier. Because the hammock is so magical and versatile, it can provide any level class that you'd like.

Aerial Arts: Double Point Hammock

Since the studio has low ceilings, depending on the sequence, the hammock may be suspended as if it was a low hammock class (or even lower) to maximize the amount of fabric we have to work with.
