Doing yoga with a hammock does not resonate with you? That's perfectly fine because you'll still get your mindful movement in for the day with Grace's expert feedback for you in areas such as alignment, modifications, breathing technique and breathing exercises, poses, and transitions.

Cancellation Policy

All sales are final and there are no refunds. For private lessons, contact us 24 hours in advance to reschedule. 5 & 10 Private Lesson Packages are non-transferable & non-refundable & expires 6 months from the date of purchase.
