Doing yoga with a hammock does not resonate with you? That's completely fine because you'll still get your mindful movement in for the day with Grace's expert feedback for you in areas such as alignment, poses and modifications, breathing techniques, and transitions.

All sales are final and there are no refunds. For private lessons, contact us 24 hours in advance to reschedule. 5 & 10 Private Lesson Packages are non-transferable & non-refundable & expires 6 months from the date of purchase.
